Create an alert to receive new listings

Are you looking for a place to stay and don't want to miss any opportunities? Good news: by creating an alert, you will be notified as soon as a new listing that matches your criteria is published on Roomlala. Here is how to do it.

What is an alert used for?

An alert allows you to be among the first to be informed of new listings that match your search: the location you are interested in, your stay dates, and the search radius you have chosen. It is a real time-saver: there is no need to restart your search every day; new listings come to you.

Create your alert

To create an alert, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Roomlala account.
  • Go to the My alerts section of your tenant space.
  • Click on the "Create an alert" button.
  • Fill out the form, then click on "Save".

A confirmation message will appear: your alert has been successfully created. It will now appear in your list of alerts.

Information to provide

All fields in the form are mandatory:

  • Location: indicate the city or neighbourhood where you are looking for accommodation, then select a suggestion from the list that appears.
  • Search radius (in km): specify the distance around the chosen location, up to a maximum of 30 km.
  • Arrival date: it must be after today's date.
  • Departure date: it must be after the arrival date.

Modify or delete an alert

Are your needs changing? No problem. From the My alerts section, each alert displays two buttons:

  • "Modify" to adjust the location, search radius, or dates of your alert.
  • "Delete" to deactivate an alert that you no longer need.

You can create several alerts, for example one per city, if your search covers multiple destinations.
