Your profile video

A presentation video on your profile is the best way to inspire trust and stand out to other members. Don't worry, adding one only takes a few minutes. Here's how to do it.

Where to add your video

Log in to your account, then go to the Video section of your profile. You will find our tips there, as well as the button to upload your file.

Uploading your video

On the Video page, click the "Choose a file" button, then select the video saved on your device. The upload will start automatically.

For your video to be accepted, it must meet a few conditions:

  • A maximum duration of 60 seconds
  • A maximum size of 400 MB
  • A supported format: MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, 3GP, or WEBM

What happens after the upload

Once your file is submitted, it goes through several steps before it is visible on your profile:

  • Your video is first processed on our servers. This step may take a few minutes.
  • You can then preview it directly on the Video page to check the quality.
  • It is then reviewed by our moderation team.
  • As soon as it is validated, it becomes public and viewable on your profile.

You can track the progress using the status indicators displayed on the page: "Under moderation" as long as our team hasn't validated it yet, and "Visible on your profile" once the video is published.

Editing or deleting your video

Changed your mind or want to film yourself again? You can do so at any time from the Video page:

  • Click on "Edit" to replace your video with a new one.
  • Click on "Delete" to remove it from your profile.

You can also click on "View my public profile" to see your video as other members see it.

A few simple tricks for a presentation that makes a difference:

  • Introduce yourself in a few simple sentences.
  • Talk about your lifestyle, your expectations, and your personality.
  • Choose a quiet, well-lit place so you can be seen and heard clearly.

An authentic and natural video is always better than one that is too polished: just be yourself!
