Airbnb Calendar Synchronization

Looking to synchronize your Airbnb calendar with Roomlala to avoid double bookings, but unsure where to find the link on Airbnb? No worries, here’s a step-by-step guide.

Before you begin

Calendar synchronization is not available through the Airbnb mobile app. You need to log in to your Airbnb account from a computer or web browser.

Retrieve the synchronization link on Airbnb

Once logged into your Airbnb account, follow these steps:

• Go to the "Listings" page and select the listing you wish to synchronize.
• In the listing menu, click on "Pricing and availability".
• Scroll down the page to the "Calendar synchronization" section.
• Click on "Export calendar".
• A window will open with an iCal format link: copy it.

This link is the address that Roomlala will use to automatically retrieve dates already booked on Airbnb.

Paste the link into Roomlala

Return to Roomlala, go to your listing management, then to the calendar synchronization section. Paste the link copied from Airbnb into the designated field and validate.

Your unavailable dates on Airbnb will then be automatically blocked on Roomlala. The update may take a few minutes.

Good to know

• The Airbnb link is personal: do not share it with anyone else.
• If you have multiple listings on Airbnb, you must repeat the operation for each one.
• To synchronize in the other direction (from Roomlala to Airbnb), you will also need to import the Roomlala link into Airbnb, using the "Import calendar" button located in the same place.
