💳 Automatic renewal of the Roomlala Premium Membership

Do you think Roomlala has renewed your Premium Membership and charged you without your consent? Here's the important information you need to know 👇

🔁 How automatic renewal works

As stated on the subscription page, in the subscription confirmation email and in our General Terms and Conditions of Use , the Premium Membership automatically renews at the end of each subscription period.

🛑 Disable automatic renewal

You can stop automatic renewal at any time from your account:

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Go to My Account → Premium Membership .
  3. Click on the link: “Do you want to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription?”

💰 Premium Membership Refund

Roomlala does not provide refunds for automatically renewed Premium Membership .
However, a refund can only be considered at the end of the Pass , and provided that specific criteria are met.
