🔒 To guarantee the safety and confidentiality of members, the exact address of the accommodation is never visible before reservation .

Before confirmation, tenants only see an approximate location , allowing them to assess whether the accommodation meets their needs.

✅ Once the reservation is confirmed, the tenant has access to the full address of the accommodation.

This information is visible in the left column of the conversation related to the reservation, from the Roomlala messaging system.

📩 The tenant also has access to your personal details (phone number and email address), if they are entered in your profile.
