You can update your personal information at any time from your personal space, in the "Profile" section.

From this page you can

  • 📸 Add a profile picture to make your account more attractive
  • 🪪 Upload a copy of your ID to verify your identity and build trust
  • 📧 Change your email address or password
  • 📞 Change your phone number and have it verified
    Your number will only be provided if reservation is confirmed.
  • 📨 Manage your Roomlala email and newsletter subscriptions
  • 🏦 Add or modify your bank details to receive your transfers
