This status enhances your profile and improves the ranking of your listings in search results.

Your listings thus become more visible and attract more tenants.

To obtain this status, three conditions must be met.

The quality of your listings : your active listings must display a quality score above 90% .

Your ratings : your average rating must be greater than or equal to 4.5/5 .
Pay close attention to hospitality, cleanliness, and communication with your tenants to achieve excellent ratings ⭐️
Your generated income : your rental income on Roomlala must exceed €1,500 over the last 12 months .
This amount corresponds to the total sum of your transactions on the platform.
