How do I pay my rent online using the rent payment schedule?

Paying monthly rent on Roomlala

When you book accommodation for a period of more than 45 days , you first pay the first installment (until the end of the month or the following month).
Subsequent payments must then be settled online, directly on Roomlala.

📅 Each month, 7 days before the due date , you receive a payment reminder email (or “rent reminder”) reminding you of the amount due and the payment deadline.

Make the payment from the due date email

- Click on the “View schedule” button in the email.
- Locate the relevant month and click on “Pay” .
- You will be redirected to a 100% secure payment page to complete the payment.

Proceed to payment from your Roomlala account

- Go to your personal space , under the Messaging section.
- Open a conversation with your hosting provider.
- In the grey information block, click on “View schedule” .
- On the line for the month to be paid, click on “Pay” .
- You will be redirected to a secure payment page .

Once the payment is validated:
- You will receive a receipt by email .
- It remains downloadable from your schedule .
- The rent is paid to your host 36 hours after the due date .

If payment is not possible on the 1st of the month

If you cannot pay before the end of the month or the 1st of the following month, don't worry.
💡 You can always pay your rent in the following days via the rent schedule in your personal space.
