You can request a refund for your Premium Membership if all eligibility conditions are met.

Eligibility requirements

Your request is only admissible if the Pass has ended less than 7 days ago .

During the Pass period (depending on the relationship creation date), there must be no relationship with any of these statuses:
- Terminée
- Confirmée
- Annulée par vous même

No contact information (email or phone number) should be exchanged in messages between contacts during the Pass period. This verification is performed automatically by AI analysis.

Your profile must be complete :
- profile picture present
- Identity verified

You must also have at least one active listing with a qualityScore above 80% .

Decision

If all the above conditions are met, your Pass is eligible for a refund. Otherwise, a refund is not possible.
