Exchanges Between Non-Premium Members

If you or the other party are not Premium members, certain rules apply to ensure the security of exchanges.

It is forbidden to:

  • Transmit your personal contact information (phone, email, address, etc.) in Roomlala's messaging system.
  • Arrange a visit or set up an appointment outside of the website.

However, you can exchange freely as many messages as you wish via Roomlala's messaging system.

Automatic Blocking of Messaging

If our system detects information resembling personal contact details (name, phone number, email address, website, etc.), these are automatically hidden.

The conversation is then blocked.

⚠️ Once blocked, the conversation cannot be unblocked, except in case of a detection error.

To avoid any errors, a confirmation is requested before sending a suspicious message.

How to Unblock the Conversation?

  • 💎 Become a Premium member.
    This allows you to freely exchange your contact information with other members.
    You can then discuss by phone, by email, or organize a visit.
    💡 The cost of the Premium Pass is then deducted from the service fees during your bookings.
  • ✅ The conversation is also unblocked when the booking is paid and confirmed on Roomlala.

In Case of a Roomlala Error

If your conversation was blocked by mistake, contact us so we can unblock it.

Remember to provide the booking reference for faster processing of your request.
