Deleting or deactivating a Roomlala account

In accordance with our General Terms of Use , Roomlala may deactivate or delete a profile, listing or account.

Deactivation

If you do not respond to a rental request within the required timeframe, your listing may be deactivated .

To put it back online, simply follow the instructions in the email sent to your inbox.

Deletion

Your listing, profile or account may be deleted in certain situations.

• If Roomlala suspects a fake profile or a fake listing
• If your account does not comply with the terms and conditions of use

Consequences

In the event of deactivation , you will be notified by email.

In the event of deletion , you may not be notified in advance.

The possible consequences are as follows.

• You will no longer be able to access your account, your profile, or your listings.
• You will no longer have access to Roomlala customer service.
• Your current reservations may be cancelled.
• Your future tenants will be able to receive a refund.
• Roomlala will be able to inform members who have been in contact with you
