How do I change the dates/rate for my upcoming booking? 🔁

Before the booking is confirmed

You can change the dates (and the price for hosts) as long as the booking has not yet been confirmed.

  • Log in to your account on Roomlala.com.
  • Go to your host or tenant area, then click on the “Messages” tab.
  • Click on the relevant booking, then on the yellow button “Change dates / price”.
  • Modify the dates and/or price as needed.
  • Click on “Confirm”.

✅ And you're all set!

If payment has already been made

If you modify the dates or price of an already confirmed booking, the difference will be automatically refunded or debited depending on the adjustments made.

In all cases, the modification will need to be confirmed by the other party.

How to change the dates or price of an ongoing booking?

For rentals less than 46 nights

It is not possible to shorten a rental of less than 46 nights that has already started.

We advise you to discuss directly with your tenant or host to find an arrangement.

For this type of rental, the host receives the full rent 36 hours after the tenant's arrival.

To extend a rental (host only), follow the same steps as before the start of the stay:

  • Log in to Roomlala.com.
  • Go to your “Messages”.
  • Click on “Change dates / price”.

For rentals longer than 45 days

The rules differ depending on the type of modification.

To shorten the duration: only the tenant can do this.

They just need to go to their payment schedule and click on “Shorten rental”.

To extend the duration: only the host can perform this action.

If you are a host, log in to your personal Roomlala account. In the “Messages” tab, click on the “Payment Schedule” section.

On the payment schedule page:

  • Click on “Extend rental”.
  • Select the new end date. You can use the right arrow to change months.
  • Click on the “Modify” button.

✅ And your extension is successfully recorded.
