How do I share my contact details? 📞

Want to get the phone number or email address of the person you're speaking with? There are two ways to share contact details on Roomlala. We'll explain everything.

1. After your booking is confirmed

Once the booking is paid and confirmed, the contact details of the person you're speaking with are automatically sent to you. You will then receive:

• Their email address
• Their phone number
• The exact address of the accommodation

This information is available in your confirmation email and in your messages, on the left side of the conversation.

⚠️ Please note: once a booking is confirmed, penalties may apply in the event of a cancellation or disagreement regarding the accommodation. If you prefer to speak directly before making a commitment, the Premium Pass is perfect for you.

2. Before booking, with the Premium Pass

Sometimes it's more reassuring to chat directly before finalizing a booking. With the Premium Pass, you can share your contact details (phone and/or email) via Roomlala messaging to get in touch directly with the other party.

And if you book, your service fees are waived entirely.

What about without a Premium Pass?

As long as the booking is not confirmed and you don't have a Premium Pass, you can still exchange messages freely through Roomlala messaging. This space is ideal for asking questions and discussing details before moving forward. However, sharing contact information is not possible at this stage.

How do I subscribe to the Premium Pass?

Go to your personal space, then the "Account" tab, and finally the Premium Pass section. The Pass is a subscription valid for 12 months, with the price clearly displayed before payment.

Important: subscribing to the Premium Pass does not automatically share the contact details of other members. To exchange them, you must:

• Have an active Premium Pass
• Use Roomlala messaging
• Send your contact details, or request those of the person you are speaking with

Once your message has been read, the other member can, if they wish, contact you directly or share their own contact details in turn.

Why does it work this way?

This system protects the entire community. It specifically prevents payments made outside the platform, which are against the rules and risky for users. Roomlala's goal is to guarantee a fair, secure, and reliable experience for both hosts and tenants.
