As a host, what are the benefits of the Premium Pass?

Are you hesitating about signing up for a Premium Pass? Here is exactly what it changes for you as a host.

Exchange freely with your tenants

Without a Premium Pass, you can only communicate via Roomlala messaging. With the Pass, you unlock the ability to share contact details with interested tenants: email, phone, and organizing a visit or meeting. You secure your bookings faster and more easily.

No more service fees

When a booking is made online, 3% service fees are deducted from the amount paid to you. With the Premium Pass, these fees are deducted from your bookings, up to the amount of your Pass and subject to usage terms: you receive your rent without any service fees.

One exception to keep in mind: if you have activated the "I will cover the service fees" option on a listing, the Pass only covers your 3% share. The share you have chosen to pay on behalf of your tenant remains due. This makes sense: the Pass removes your fees, not those you voluntarily choose to cover to make your listing more attractive.

How to subscribe

Go to your personal dashboard, under the Premium Pass section. The Pass is available for 1 or 12 months, with the price clearly displayed before payment. If you have a promotional code, you can apply it directly on that page.
