Automatic renewal of the Premium Membership

You believe that Roomlala has renewed your Premium Membership and made a payment without your consent.

We understand that this may be surprising.
However, as indicated at the time of subscription and in our general terms of use , the Premium Membership is renewed automatically .

This information is also included in the confirmation email sent when you subscribed to the Premium Membership. If you subscribed to a 12-month Pass, a reminder notification is sent 3 months before the expiry date.

You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your account, in the My Account > Premium Membership section.

  • Roomlala never issues a refund for an automatically renewed Premium Membership .
  • On the other hand, the Premium Membership can only be refunded at the end of its term if you meet certain criteria, depending on whether you are a tenant or an owner.
