Automatic renewal of the Premium Pass

You believe Roomlala has renewed your Premium Pass and processed a payment without your consent.

We understand that this may come as a surprise.
However, as indicated at the time of subscription and in our terms of use, the Premium Pass is automatically renewed.

This information is also mentioned in the confirmation email sent when you subscribed to the Premium Pass. If you subscribed to a 12-month Pass, a reminder notification is sent 3 months before the expiry date.

You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your account, in the section My account > Premium Pass.

  • Roomlala never automatically refunds a Premium Pass that has been automatically renewed.
  • However, the Premium Pass can only be refunded at its expiry, if you meet certain criteria, depending on whether you are a tenant or a host.
