Who is covered?

Any tenant renting furnished. Each tenant who books on Roomlala is systematically insured against any damage he or she may cause to the rented accommodation.

What is covered?

The insurance covers accidental material damage caused by the tenants of the accommodation. This cover is exercised up to €2,500 less an absolute deductible of €60.

The insurance also covers damage caused as a result of the following events:
- Fire
- Blast
- Water damage
- Gel originating in the premises

This guarantee applies up to €1,500,000, all damages combined.

Damage to third party accommodation caused as a result of the events listed above is also covered. This guarantee applies up to €450,000, all damages combined.

The period of validity of all guarantees corresponds to the dates of stay indicated on the booking confirmation.

What is not covered?

Material damage caused intentionally or fraudulently by the tenant, damage related to catastrophic events (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, etc.) unless they are declared "natural disasters", damage from nuclear origin or caused by any source of ionizing radiation.
